الشركة العامة للصناعات الميكانيكية هي إحدى شركات وزارة الصناعة والمعادن العراقية وهي شركة عامة تعتبر من أكبر وأول الشركات العاملة في العراق بمجال الصناعات الهندسية على مختلف أنواعها، تأسست عام 1959 في الإسكندرية محافظة بابل، ويديرها مجلس إدارة يتكون من (8) أعضاء ورئيس مجلس إدارة. عدد المهندسين العاملين في الشركة (242) مهندساً وعدد الفنيين والعاملين (6000) فني وعامل، أما ألإداريين فهم
 (237) موظف.
